Welcome to 13 North Suburban Taxi (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or using our taxi services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
- Accurate pickup details, date, and contact information must be provided.
- Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via call, SMS, or email.
- Any changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible.
2. Fares and Payments
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and type of service.
- Additional fees may apply for tolls, waiting time, or extra stops.
- Payments can be made in cash, card, or approved online methods.
- All charges include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 30 minutes before pickup are free of charge.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–5 business days.
4. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must wear seat belts and behave respectfully toward drivers.
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not allowed inside the vehicle.
- Any damage to the taxi by a passenger will be charged to them.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
- We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal items during transit.
6. Privacy
- Customer information is collected only for booking and communication purposes.
- We never sell or share personal data with third parties.
